The next version of the ECMPS Client Tool is scheduled to be released on June 15, 2022. The currently planned changes are shown in the list below.

Prior to the release, the EPA Host System will be unavailable starting around 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, June 10th until mid-afternoon on Saturday, June 11th, and again the morning of June 15th until the release is completed later that day. At that time, users will be able to connect to the EPA Host System.

    Check Changes

    • ADESTAT-5, 11; FF2LTST-4: Updated checks to require an ‘INPROG’ fuel flow-to-load test result in the quarter that baseline data collection was completed. This applies when the baseline data collection occurred in a quarter after the quarter in which all the required fuel flowmeter accuracy tests, transmitter/transducer accuracy tests, and primary element inspections are completed. Also updated logic to begin comparing reporting operating hours to reported fuel flow-to-load test result codes in the quarter following the completion of baseline data collection.
    • DCSTAT-4: Updated check for dual range analyzers to mark data as out of control after the failure of one range until a passing test occurs at both ranges. Also changed the search for failed tests to include test in the current hour.
