ECMPS Support

EPA has received inquiries from various stakeholders including utilities, DAHS vendors, stack testing companies, and state air agencies regarding possible limitations on companies and states in conducting QA activities required under 40 CFR Part 75, such as RATAs and appendix E tests, in light of local shelter-in-place directives and social distancing advice. We are currently evaluating options to address these concerns and will provide more information on next steps as soon as possible. Updates will be posted on the ECMPS News site when they are available. The ECMPS News site also provides an option to Subscribe in order to receive email updates.
