In the 2017 Q2 ECMPS release, EPA implemented checking around the reporting of load range (load bin) data. The goal of these checks was to target the misreporting of zero values, unnecessary reporting at unmonitored locations, incorrect reporting at common stacks, and incorrect load range calculations.
These checks, HOUROP-44, HOUROP-45, and HOUROP-46, were initially released as Informational Messages. As part of the 2020Q1 release planned for March 2020, these messages will change from Informational to Critical 1 errors.
For additional details regarding the reporting of load range data and emissions data please review the ECMPS Emissions Reporting Instructions or contact ECMPS Support.
