Updated Draft Instructions for Reporting of System and Component IDs During Missing Data Periods

Tuesday, May 7, 2019

In preparation for the 2019 Q3 changes to the reporting of System and Component IDs during missing data periods, EPA has posted an updated draft subset of the ECMPS Emissions Reporting Instructions for review. The changes, in Redline Strikeout format, affect Sections 2.5.1 Monitored Hourly Value Data and 2.5.2 Derived Hourly Value Data. The updated document can be found here. Once finalized, these edits will be incorporated into the 2019 Q3 version of the ECMPS Emissions Reporting instructions. The changes will also be included in the 2019 Q3 ECMPS software release.

EPA will host a DAHS vendor question and answer session on Tuesday, May 7, 2019, at 10:30 AM, in Ballroom I of the Sheraton Birmingham Hotel to discuss these changes. Please send any feedback or questions to ECMPS Technical Support or Chris Worley at worley.christopher@epa.gov prior to May 15, 2019.
