The next version of the ECMPS Client Tool is scheduled to be released on Wednesday, December 12, 2018. The currently planned changes are shown in the list below.

Prior to the release, the EPA Host System will be unavailable starting around 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, December 7th until mid-afternoon on Saturday, December 8th, and again the morning of December 12th until the release is completed later that day.


  • Fixed a bug that impacted the display of data after the "Purge Data" functionality is used.
  • F2LSTAT-6: Ensured all check results for Fuel Flow-to-Load status checks appear in hourly data. 
  • LINSTAT-5: Updated check to allow the use of QA Certification events 120 and 125 with HG CEMS and ensure conditional data is applied appropriately. 
  • MATSMHV-1: Updated check to allow use of new MODC codes.
  • MATSTRN-13: Updated check to verify reporting of new MODC codes.
  • MATSTRP-10, MATSTRP-11, MATSTRP-12: Added checks to ensure the method detection limit is reported when sorbent traps have zero concentration.
  • SEVNDAY-27: Corrected message text to reference the correct test type.
  • Corrected a bug in the Non-operating file generation process that incorrectly adds NOXR summary records to monitoring locations with no active method.
  • Added MODC codes 43 and 44 to indicate the method detection limit has been reported when the measurement results would otherwise be reported as being below the method detection level, per 63.10007(e)(1).
  • Updated the Emissions XSD to version 1.8 to include new MODCs 43 and 44 for sorbent traps.
