The next version of the ECMPS Client Tool is scheduled to be released on June 14, 2017. The release will include bug fixes and other updates.

The currently planned changes to the ECMPS Client Tool are shown in the list below.

Prior to the release, the EPA Host System will be unavailable starting around 4:00 p.m. ET on June 13th until the release is completed on June 14th.
  • Add a new RATA extension code for primary bypass systems (GRACEPB)
  • Add a new RATA Run status code of "IGNORED" for sorbent trap RATAs
  • Add cross-checking of MATS PDF Metadata (test type to pollutant, pollutant to method)
  • Add use of Formula MS-2 (MATS flow rate-apportioned load for MS configurations) in the Monitoring Plan and Emissions modules
  • Update Formula-13 to include use of LTGS
  • DCSTAT-2: Update check to allow a 26-clock hour grace period for MATS only sources using SO2 CEMS
  • DCSTAT-3: Correct calculation used for the Daily Cal grace period
  • DEFAULT-49: Update check such that the lower limit of NORX defaults must be greater than zero
  • HOURMHV-28: Add checking of upper threshold values for CO2C (cannot exceed 16%) and O2C (cannot exceed 22%)
  • HOURAPP-1, HOURAPP-9, HOURGEN-24, HOUROP-43, MATSHOD-13: Ensure that all output based MATS load values reported at multi-stacks are flow-weighted to the stack.
  • HOUROP-32, HOUROP-44, HOUROP-45, HOUROP-46: Verify correct reporting of load range and common stack load range
  • MATSDHV-9: Update check to ensure startup/shutdown flag is used in conjunction with the use of MODC 37 & 39
  • MATSMHV-1, MATSMHV-4, MATSMHV-6: Update checks to require reporting of sorbent trap records when hourly MATS data is reported with sorbent trap System IDs.
  • MATSTRP-15: New check to require the reporting of sorbent trap Method and System records when reporting sorbent trap emissions data
