Following the cutoff, no reporting software will be available while we migrate to ECMPS 2.0. The expected outage is approximately two to three weeks, subject to change. We will announce the official ECMPS 2.0 release date as soon as possible when confirmed, but it will be no earlier than the week of March 9th, 2026.
If you have a regulatory deadline requiring submission that falls after this cutoff date, please reach out to AskCAMD@epa.gov for assistance. CBS will remain available through the ARP allowance transfer deadline of March 2nd, 2026.
