On September 9, 2020, several emails from EPA Clean Air Markets Division (ecmps.epa.gov) were sent to facility representatives and their ECMPS agents in error. Affected users may have received emails announcing the opening of submission windows, reminding them of outstanding emission submissions, and/or notifying them EPA did not receive a submission. These emails sent on September 9, 2020 were sent in error and should be ignored.
