The next version of the ECMPS Client Tool is scheduled to be released on March 4, 2020. The currently planned changes are shown in the list below.

Prior to the release, the EPA Host System will be unavailable starting around 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, February 28th until the morning of Sunday, March 1st, and again the morning of March 4th until the release is completed later that day. At that time, users will be able to connect to the EPA Host System.

Prior to the release, the EPA host system will be unavailable beginning at 5pm on Friday, February 28th.
  • ADESTAT-4: Updated check to better handle Flow systems with multiple flowmeters that use flow-to-load testing.
  • DCSTAT-2, 3: Updated checks to better handle daily calibrations after operating hours occur after a period of no operation.
  • HOUROP-3; HOURDHV-25, 26, 29, 30; HOURMHV-8: Updated checks to ensure Flow is treated the same for MATS-only sources using diluent systems and components as it is for Part 75 sources.
  • HOUROP-44, 45, 46: Updated checks to require correct reporting of load range.
  • LINSTAT-4, 5; MATSMHV-19, 20: Updated checks to better handle the checking of conditional data after certification events.
  • PGVP-2; DAYCAL-27: Updated checks to allow ampersands to be reported in the CylinderID field.
  • PROGRAM-14: Added check to require all ARP-affected turbines that have NOx controls to fill in the NOx control fields in the monitoring plan.
  • QACERT-1: Check has been updated to require EPA permission to use certification event code 99.
