ECMPS Support

The email subscription service allows people to subscribe to ECMPS News in order to receive emails with the same posts which are put on the ECMPS News page.

To subscribe, go to the ECMPS-News Subscribe page. Type in your email address and click the "Subscribe" button.

The subscription process involves two verification steps. The first occurs after the "Subscribe" button is clicked. A new window is displayed. To complete the subscription request, you need to successfully complete Google's reCAPTCHA requirement and click the "Complete Subscription Request" button. An email is then sent to your email address. To complete the subscription process, you need to click on the link provided in the email. If you have problems subscribing, check the following items:

1. If you click on the "Subscribe" button and nothing appears to happen, check that your Web browser is not blocking pop-up windows. If it is, you will need to allow a pop-up window in order to view the subscription request confirmation window.

2. If you do not receive an email requesting that you activate your subscription request, check that your email can receive emails from noreply+feedproxy@google.com. This email address is used to send the verification email with the activation link. If emails from this address are blocked or put in the junk email folder, change your email settings to allow emails from this address.

If you think the email was put in your junk email folder, look for an email with the Subject of "Activate your Email Subscription to: ECMPS News". You can click on the link in the email to activate your subscription.

3. Once you have activated your subscription, your email server must allow emails from noreply+feedproxy@google.com. This email address is used to send the email updates. If emails from this address are blocked or put in the junk email folder, change your email settings to allow emails from this address.
