    On September 8, 2020, at 10 AM ET, EPA will host a DAHS Vendor and ECMPS software development webinar. The purpose of this meeting will be to inform DAHS vendors about upcoming ECMPS software changes, provide an overview of the ECMPS user survey results, and gauge feedback on several proposed file format changes as part of reengineering. If you attended the June 9, 2020 webinar you should have already received a meeting invitation. If you did not, and you or your company are interested, please send an email to worley.christopher@epa.gov to receive details on how to attend this meeting.

    On Sept 8, 2020 at 11 AM ET, EPA will host a one-hour ECMPS stakeholder update meeting to discuss plans for the redevelopment of ECMPS. EPA is redeveloping ECMPS to eliminate software installations, reduce reporting burden, improve efficiency, and provide new features and functionality. During the call, EPA will provide an overview of the ECMPS user survey results, discuss the schedule for redevelopment, explain how to share your ideas and get involved, and answer your questions. This meeting is intended for general ECMPS users. Call in details are below.

    The next version of the ECMPS Client Tool is Scheduled to be Released on September 9, 2020

    The next version of the ECMPS Client Tool is scheduled to be released on September 9, 2020. The currently planned changes are shown in the list below. 

    Prior to the release, the EPA Host System will be unavailable the morning of September 9th until the release is completed later that day. At that time, users will not be able to connect to the EPA Host System.


    Check Changes
    • HOURDHV-18-K: Updated check to not require SystemID when the NOXR DHV record uses MODC 23 in bypass stack configurations. 
    • HOURDHV-16; HOURMHV-12: Made changes to ensure the Client Tool uses data from the correct system when recalculating hour-before hour-after missing data. 
    • LINEAR-25-B; LINEAR-34-A: Increased severity of check results to restrict reported linearity checks to only 3 runs per level. 

    Bug Fixes
    • MATS PDF Submission Log: Corrected issue that caused some test dates to appear as 01/01/1900.
