Recently, a post was added that mentioned problems related to the resubmission request form. One problem was that, although a user would complete a successful submission, an error notice was posted on the confirmation submission page. The second problem was that users were not receiving confirmation emails from the ticketing system in order to confirm that their resubmission request was received.Both of these problems have been corrected, and the resubmission request form should be functioning as expected.
