On a regular basis, CAMD receives suggested enhancements for ECMPS. All of these are reviewed and considered for implementation. However, in the past, it might not always have been clear what happened to a requested enhancement.Now, Technical Support has been charged to help close the requested enhancement feedback loop. With the release of a new version of the Client Tool, we have introduced a Requested Enhancement page on the support Web site.
The purpose of the page is to display the requested enhancements that have been received and provide a status update on these requests. In some cases, the enhancement has been implemented or is planned to be implemented in a future release. In other cases, the enhancement is under consideration. And, in other cases, for various reasons, the enhancement will not be implemented.
With each new release of the Client Tool, this page will be updated with the latest information on requested enhancements. (If you make a suggestion between now and the next release, you will not see an update on its status until the next release.)
Please review this page before submitting a requested enhancement, and remember that you can always submit a requested enhancement by sending an email to technical support.
